Black Friday on Thursday at CVS

I ate as much turkey and dressing (my mother makes the best dressing) as I could, then my husband and I headed to CVS. He is new to the whole "CVS thing." He is still amazed as he watches the coupons scan and the total becomes less and less. Here's how our trip went:
1st transaction: 2 monster energy drink $1.50ea.
1 hershey bar $1.oo
1 3-pk coast soap $1.99
1 Aussie conditioner $2.99 - $1 coupon
1 Johnson soft lotion $5.69 - $1 coupon
1 colgate total t/p $2.99 - $1.50 coupon
1 Loreal lip gloss $6.99 - $1 coupon
2 gatorades $1.49 ea.
2 travel first aid kits $. 99 ea. - $3.00 off purchase of 2 J&J
first aid products
I had a $5.00 off any $30 purchase and $15.oo in ECB's
TOTAL OOP: $2.78
Received $23.64 back in ECB's
2nd transaction: 1 gatorade: $1.49
1 rasberry tea: $ .99
1 cvs dry sweeper
refill: $3.99
1 5-hr energy
drink: $3.99
no coupons, used 7.98 in ECB's

Received $5.48 in ECB's

My husband was so excited, he wanted to "go again!" We will save that for another day.

Great deals!! You would love talking to my cousin's wife. Like you, she clips coupons. Also, she and her friends exchange coupons like you and your friends. Yesterday, she was telling us about some of the deals that she had found.
