Several blogs are reporting that on Earth Day 2009, Home Depot will be giving away a free EcoSmart 14w CFL bulb. This is on April 19, 2009, only. Quantities may vary by store. Limit one per customer while quantities last. No purchase necessary. I have not been able to confirm this on The Home Depot website, so I am not sure if this is regional or national, but it is worth checking out.
