My husband used his today in St. Louis. He said it was great. He got a leg, thigh, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Are they maybe franchises that don't accept them? He had no trouble. That is ashame she could not use.
we went yesterday and 2 of our KFC's don't carry the grilled chicken yet...they said to come back Saturday.
