OK, I am going to try to do a better job of stocking my freezer with ready to eat meals. The problem is, I do not have a whole day to cook and stock. I have decided to take it in baby steps. Earlier this week, I made a double amount of spaghetti. I put half in the freezer. Today I am making vegetable soup with some of the vegetable leftovers from this week. It will go directly in the freezer. My goal is to make 1-2 meals a week that can go into the freezer.
